About Me

Trying to make money online isn’t easy, it’s difficult.  Don’t let anybody try to fool you into thinking that it is and that you could be making $1,000 a day, every day, starting tomorrow.  Show me that person, and I will uncover the con.  You pay them to “get onboard” with their money making system.  Chances are the only money made is in their pockets from you signing up.

I’m not here to try and sell you anything, and I’m not here to tell that I’m super rich because of my new program.  I’m just a typically person, with good computer skills who’s income from my regular daytime job was being reduced every year.  I had to find another way to make some money.  I had to start my own business.  Yep, isn’t that what every one does online?  I started a web design firm, for anyone who needed web work since I had the skills and the technical programming knowledge to do this.  Great, I’ll just make a great site, put it on the web and figure out how I’m going to possibly get all the orders done in a single day, every day.

Well, that didn’t happen.  Nobody was finding my site.  Why?  Well, you could have the greatest looking site in the world, but if nobody visits it, it’s nothing.  It means nothing.  So, on with my quest for getting traffic to my website.  I searched and read as much material I could get my hands on, the problem was, everybody had their own opinion on what to do, and I find out it was just that, their own opinions.  Most of these people didn’t prove anything to me, they didn’t show me the work and the sites they had accomplished traffic goals with.  After a year of spending a lot of money for somebody’s traffic secret formula, or quit your day job book, I was on overload.  Too much information, so much that I had no idea where to even start.

After clearing my head I stumbled upon affiliate marketing.  Here’s the idea, you mean that if I refer someone to your site and they purchase your product, I will get a commission?  Sounded too good to be true to me, but I set up my affiliate sites, got them all looking great, and then what…..Same problem, I needed to get visitors to these sites in order for this process to be profitable.

After reading and absorbing everything I could, I took my sites and basically made them test cases.  To find out what works and what doesn’t work.  My goal here was to rank on the first page of Google for all my sites.  That was sure to bring in some nice affiliate money.  After two years of research and trial and error, I’m here to share with you my successes and my “what went wrong” stories with you.

Just ranking my websites in the natural search rankings of the search engines hasn’t made me rich, but it has paid my mortgage every month, put some nice extra money in my pocket, enough to buy another house and rent it out for even more income.

I’m here to share with you how I’ve accomplished this and my goals every year so that you don’t have to spend a year or two trying to get through this sea of information and try things on your own that may or may not work for you.
